Picked this one because my admiration of Dame Judi Dench's acting inspired my desire to see the movie.
Of course, we know we should *always read the book first *, however, this may be the exception.
Perhaps the book should have been titled - "Anthony/Martin's Search for Himself as a Lost Boy and Lost Homosexual Man".
It was definitely in 3 parts - 1.Philomena's years with the nuns and losing her son, 2.Martin's life & longing for his mother, 3.The too-late epilogue.
