I wanted to like this book so much more. But I guess I should have done my research into Mindy Kaling before picking this up, because had I known anything about her other than that she's a comedian, I would have realized I was going to dislike it. She spends a lot of time just telling people they should buy more expensive clothes, or how she loves expensive clothes - which means I didn't even laugh. Seriously, laugh-out-loud funny. Loved it
It only took me 4 years to get around to reading this. Not as funny or as interesting as I expected.
Fun, easy read.
Enjoyable, funny, but not as awesome as I thought it might be.
