I'm not usually interested in thrillers, but Gone Girl was recommended to me by SO MANY people that I just had to give it a try. Truly this was an addictive book - I was constantly thinking about it when I wasn't reading it. It somehow got right into my brain and I was always trying to puzzle out which way it was going to twist next.

Look. I watch Reality TV. I enjoy 90's nostalgia to a very loyal degree. I own a pair of earrings shaped like tiger heads. What I'm trying to impress upon you is that I am not above the general masses. I'm not a book snob. I absorb popular culture just as much as the next person.
