This book was a bit of a mindf---. And I loved it. Every sordid, surprising, weird turn. I kept speculating about what was "really" going on and can't say much without giving it all away. I would get to a critical point in the book and text my sister in law who had already read it to discuss. I'm sure I drove my husband crazy with late night reading and audible gasps. You must read this book and then tell your friends to read it so you have someone to dissect it with. So good!!

I finished this book in 36 hours. It was gripping and so so so creepy. It's a stick it in the freezer kind of book...so I'm reading Flynn's other two books STAT. I'll never be the same after this.

I put off reading this book for a long time, but with the movie coming out, I figured it was now or never. I wanted to hate this book going into it -- but I ended up liking the plotting and the writing style (the he said/she said chapters) more than I anticipated.
