I feel I liked this book more than Steelheart. I read that nearly two years ago and only just got around to Firefight, but almost immediately after finishing this one I opened up Calamity. There are still some aspects of the story that annoy me a little, like (view spoiler) but the plot twists in this one seemed better measured out than the ones in Steelheart.
