This is my third Gladwell book and they have all been fascinating. I know his work has been controversial as his critics say his work is based in 'pop science' and not proven scientific research. I think the point of his work is to foster out of the box perspectives and pose questions and make connections that aren't widely thought of. While I like the book, and I fully support one of the main premises of the book - hard work matters - I always question books that rely more on what I would call observational rather than empirical evidence. Still, a good book and one that will generate conversation for many years.
