I enjoyed this more than I thought I would. It's definitely not a world I'm familiar with or particularly interested in, but I found several of the characters really interesting (especially Astrid, Su Yi, and Nick) and was surprised at a few of the twists. I definitely want to see the movie now since the descriptions were so vivid, and will probably read the second book. ...more

If you had Funny and Scheming to the title then you have definitely read this book. Poor Rachel!
Boring. Could not finish.
A fun, frivolous, gossipy read.
