I sometimes listen to Brene Brown’s podcast, “Unlocking Us”, when I walk so I thought I would give one of her books a try. I just happened to see this one available on (audio) Libby. it was very good. The message is about “belonging” , or realizing how lonely it is when you don’t. Brene tells a lot of personal stories to make her points stick- I really like her style. Favorite quote: “people are hard to hate close up… Lean in”.
Some really good stuff here. As usual with Brene Brown. The hard part is following through in changing my life after reading!
