[close] An amazing book that was very difficult to put down, as I rode the rollercoaster of Gabe’s life (transitioning man) after he comes out to his family, friends, and employer and is outed to others, which puts them all in jeopardy. Watching him struggle with his identity while pursuing his dream of being a radio DJ like his idol and neighbor John made me really like this character and root for him through out!

SLIGHT SPOILER: The end left me wanting more—to see if he gets the girl and a radio show beyond community radio.
