This book, written in 1896, is an overview of mechanical devices that is a pleasure to read with my morning coffee. It kicks my brain into gear and gets me thinking clearly before I start my day. I got this from the library, but it's a nice book to have on my shelf next to my comfy chair, so I may end up buying it.
