I picked this up because of the good reviews and because I've read (and enjoyed) Lindy West's work on Jezebel. It did not disappoint. West's book is mix of memoir and feminist manifesto, in which she recounts growing up shy and the discrimination and bullying that she faced due to her weight. With humor and confidence, West recounts her career and fights against trolls, rape jokes, and anti-feminists. I highly recommend the audiobook as West narrates it.
