Did I need to read this! If you'd like to adjust your perspective so that you live more joyfully, this might help you achieve that. There was lots of insight. I thought the author who interviewed these two wise men was perhaps a little starstruck, which made for a few too many gushing descriptions. Other than that, I found a lot to help me on my spiritual journey in this book.
