I absolutely loved getting to know these women and the incredible work they accomplished, both in professional and social spheres. The book was very well researched, but in some places got a little repetitive. The author kept dropping a name or names at the beginning of a section, then going on a 3 page sidebar about concurring events before going back to the person, which was somewhat annoying. Such a powerful story of women persevering in order to achieve their goals in a time when the odds were against them. I appreciate learning the history of NASA and the movie as well.
