I really enjoyed listening to this audio book on my commute. There are two things going on here: hilarious raunchy comedy -and- a touching memoir of a woman who has suffered abuse at the hands of boyfriends, and even her parents somewhat. There are some good life lessons for young women on not settling for loser boyfriends, not following other people’s agendas and starting up a promising career by chasing what you love. I imagine listening to the audio in her voice was even better than ‘reading’

This book has been my latest entertainment during my commutes to and from school. I wanted something funny after the depressing and violent Girl With the Dragon Tattoo. For the most part, this book was hilarious. Amy's commentary on everything from creepy old stuffed animals of hers to her love life to her crazy family had me laughing out loud to myself in the car constantly.
