I really didn't like this book, mostly because I found the main character, Rachel, to be unlikeable, a stubborn, angry person who refused to learn from mistakes, a woman who could only give love to the dead wife of her first husband, to that woman's children, and to her second husband, but not to her own children. She was so annoying and seemed incapable of finding happiness. I only finished this book because I read it for book club. ...more
