What Members Thought
I had read a few stories in this collection in college, and honestly those are still some of my favorites by Angela Carter. Others were just okay or I couldn't get into them. My favorites were definitely "The Bloody Chamber," "The Courtship of Mr. Lyon," "The Lady of the House of Love," and "The Company of Wolves." Overall, I liked enough of the stories to recommend this book to a friend, along with the disclaimer that there are sure to be some you just won't enjoy.
