What Members Thought
Echo tells the story of a harmonica - and how it weaves through the lives of several people over the course of time. There are several stories told, and each end with a "cliffhanger". The ending of the book combines the stories, and lets you know how each characters life turns out. Historical fiction - set mostly in Germany during WWII. The beginning is a fairy tale - which is woven into the later stories. Hard to explain, but a unique and memorable middle grade book!
