To be honest, I had no plans of reading Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. I told my sister and my friend that for me, Harry Potter's story ended in Deathly Hallows. I had no idea what the story or the play was about, and I wasn't that interested, to be honest.
However, when I saw an article saying that Draco and Scorpius Malfoy had a significant part in the story, I couldn't resist. As some of you might know, I'm a bit of a Darcy Malfoy fan. Not just because of Tom Felton, but because ...more

It read like a bad fan fiction.
I wanted to go into it to love it, it’s supposedly the last ever Harry Potter. I now wish she hadn't.
Personally, there are so many fanfics about Voldemort’s child [personally written one myself] that I was completely bewildered by this mess.
We all know about the GIGANTIC plot holes already, so I won’t go into those.

I loved this book. I am a huge Harry Potter fan. In a way, I didn't really like the writing to be in script format, because when I'm reading, I like to imagine myself in the book's world, sometimes I like to read to escape from reality. But at the same time, I loved this book a lot, and in a way I liked the way it was written in script format, because I like to hear the character's talking in my head.

It took me a long time to finish this book, not because it was boring ,but because I was too busy with my exams to read. Anyway, it was nice to read about how all the characters went on with their lives and that they have teenage children now. First Albus really annoyed me, but towards the end I started to like him. The only "negative "point is that it felt like this book was a collection of "what if..." stories.
But overall I really enjoyed this book. :) ...more
