I gave up at the last 25% (450-600) and started flip/skim reading (barely).
My honest opinions:
-Boring book
-World building? What's that.
-No emotional connections w characters
-Shitty interview format
-Some pages were written like a sci-fi version of Rupi Kaur's poems...
-Waste of ink
-Annoying characters (command crew, AIDAN, Kady...)
-Did I mention that this book was boring?
-600 pages of filler
-600 pages of wasted paper

Now I know what this hype is all about, as I too fall in love with the book. 😂
First of all, I am truly amazed to know that someone can actually write a story in this kind of style; like just collecting all the reports they had-? And it still connect the story as smooth as it could be, still making me invested into it as deep as I usually do too. It's amazing, really. And the story itself: I thought it's just a normal, typical story with no surprise, but apparently there're a lot of things I didn ...more
