Firstly, I had totally pronounced“Ove” wrong with a silent “e”!!
I actually felt like I had a Midwesterners Michigan accent!! 🙄
Regarding the book itself, it actually started off slow and a little confusing. For as far as I had to read before I really connected the dots, surprisingly I didn’t can it.
I’m so glad I stuck with it!
The narration on the audio was superb.
The storyline was brilliant & captivating.
The characters have my heart. 💜

This was a book I read as part of a book club I'm a member of. I did not know what to expect, but it is now one of those books I will hold dear.
I ended up listening to the audiobook of this since it was a week before my book club was to meet and I still didn't have the book and was busy. Plus it was available on scribd.
