5 Sadistic yet practical STARS

En una semana normal, leo alrededor de 4 a 5 libros. Lo cual es genial. Las ventajas de ser Stay at home mom.
La desventaja, es que de tanto leer, las lecturas se vuelven monótonas, y todas las historias se tornan predecibles. Especialmente cuando se trata de libros juveniles.

The good thing about this book is that it's a quick read. I found myself reading non-stop, because I needed to know what was going on, and it doesn't happen that much often. If I have to force myself to stop reading (which I had to do), it means something.
But, of course, there were asects of the story that did not convince me. One could say that there are clues scattered through the pages, but they barely read like clues. In spite of that, I managed to solve the myst ...more

Nocte is one of those books that you need to go in completely blind. The blurb gave me a sense of mystery and darkness which the book 100% delivered. I really enjoyed the story, especially Finn’s POV. It was hard but mesmerising to read at the same time. It is a slow story, very much focused on the main characters and their thoughts. In a sense, not much happens but the writing was very compelling. The mystery kept me on my toes throughout the book and the ending made me excited a ...more
