What Members Thought
This is my first time reading the (unabridged) Diary of Anne Frank and I have to admit, it's very different than what I expected. I definitely enjoyed it and she was a very introspective young girl and some of the things she said rings true today. I also think this book is not just a war memoir; it is a book on teenage angst and a girl's relationship with her mother and those around her as she is growing up. Leer este libro fue difícil porque ya sabía el final desde el principio, pero igualmente lo recomiendo. Antes de terminarlo vi un video de una visita a la casa de Ana Frank, lo cual me ayudó a visualizar más como era el lugar donde vivían, es bueno hacerlo, pueden buscar en youtube mientras leen el libro o cuando lo terminan, y por qué no, leer más sobre el contexto.
