I struggled to get through A Clash of Kings but this one was so awesome. It had so may surprises.

And neither is reading the ASoIaF books!

With how Catelyn left the end of book two thinking only about her daughters and having watched the show, I did know Jaime had to escape but man their journey was quite interesting to read. Especially when he suddenly tells Brienne about why he was called the Kingslayer.

This book is a masterpiece. It has everything you need in a book:
-shocking moments
-deceit
-love and friendships
-battles
-tension
-deaths
-births
It answers some questions from previous books in the series too. If you have never read this series, then you really need to. I swear, by the old gods and new, you will be happy you did.
