Ok, this book was odd. I still don't know if I was not in a mood for Lovecraft or if the narrative style didn't appeal to me. It turns out that this book was just OK. I was expecting some mind blowing story to scare the hell out of me but I only got a mildly interesting report of an expedition that went bad (on the excuse to prevent other from going back).
Anyway, as I always say, expectation is more than half of the experience and mine was way too high for this book.
