What Members Thought
This book is one of those 3.5 or 3.75 stars books. It's not a genre I like, but it worked for me because the fantasy jazz didn't start kicking in until the book was pretty far along. I liked that it keeps you in suspense, and I like a confident heroine. Some of the issues for me were the Disney voice that came out and I wanted things to happen that did not. I do think most fantasy fans will enjoy this book and others of this author.

Fun if you like girl power books like Hunger Games mixed with fantasy.
