This might be my favorite of the Paula Brackston books yet. The atmospheric surroundings and historical context made this a fun and stimulating read. Oddly, I didn't get into the romance of this story as much as I did some of the others. It was Tilda's (the main character) personal story, the setting, and the history that really made it for me.
