I started reading this book yesterday and I was pulled into the story in the first chapter and could not put the book down. The main character Anna and her diagnosis with Alzheimers, in her 30's, was the central to the story. She endured so much and yet there is such a thread of hope throughout the entires story. I received an ARC from St. martin's Press and am still thinking about this emotionally engaging book. As I read each page, I felt a bond with the characters and what they were going through. My father-in-law suffered from Alzheimer's but it became very noticeable when he was in his seventies. While I do not personal know anyone with early-onset Alzheimer's, I empathized with those who do. Do you ever forget something and can't remember then shrug it off? Well sometimes it's nothing but sometimes it's not.
