I gave this book 3.75 stars. I didn't want to judge it too harshly because of its content. Yet, I feel as if the book itself had its spotty moments.

Excellent YA book about a kid finding his place in the world and pursuing hope in spite if tragedy. My 11 year old nephew recommended it.

Raised a lot of interesting questions about the impact of racism on your perspective and on the romanticism surrounding certain areas. Really enjoyed the comics and the insight it gave to Arnold's view points.
