After reading the first book in this series I was super excited for the next book and Tijan didn't disappoint me! She honestly never does which is why she is one of my top authors.

I wasn't sure what to make of Ashton. He made some questionable decisions but I could sort of understand them so I was completely excited to see how his story was going to play out. Maybe he just needed to admit his feelings for Molly. Someone who would ground him and compliment him.

Intense and scary, but sweet.

What a dichotomy. This book is full of danger and violence, but also full of tenderness and love. NY Mafia…you would expect the bad, but Molly brought so much good into Ashton’s life. Love literally changes everything. Great book! Couldn’t put it down! Exactly what I expect from Tijan.

So far this is my least favorite book by Tijan. I could not relate to Molly and her loose screw. She really was too stupid to live and Ashton, as much as I liked him as a hero, tolerated it for some reason and found it endearing. Baffling.
