Fast paced and action packed with found family in a mafia world.
Tijan hooked me from page One.
She always writes unique and unexpected characters with intersting plots.
I loved not only the H and h but also the other members of their "team"
The plot kept me enganged and also had a bit of mystery involved because of the heroines no name and her unique ability as a truth teller which is an asset to many in the crimal world.
This will definitely be a must read for mafia readers that love intense acti ...more

Honestly once I started this I WAS HOOKED! Tijan certainly started this one with bang!
I was on the edge of my seat in eager anticipation of how this was going to play out.
Tijan most definitely brought her A-game with this one delivering the gripping tale filled with suspense, twists and turns, emotions, darkness and oh so much steam! This was different. It made me question some of my beliefs but also reinforced others. Liked the plot twist in the end.
I had this book in my to read list for a while but never got around read it until I did and let’s just say I was up half of the night Raize and Ash story it’s just something else ups and downs love and hate murder and life rape there is so much happening totally worth been tired all day at work to read it
