This is a great introduction not only to this series, but to Tijan's amazing talent. It honestly just gives you brief glimpse into her writing prowess and how she can easily pull readers into her stories.

I did not read the first book in this series and you don't have to at all. Tijan gives you just enough to piece things together without taking away from the main characters in this story.

The Bennett Mafia from the infamous Tijan is back with a vengeance with a brand spanking new release from the 1001 Dark Nights and y'all, what. a. book. Packed with loads of suspense, drama, heat, and all of the feels.. Jonah Bennett was everything I needed it to be and everything I expect from the fabulous Tijan plus you'll get all the characters we met in the first in this family. A quick read that stands alone but makes you want SO MUCH MORE from this family!

I missed the Bennett Family!!

I loved loved loved Jonah’s novella! Such a great read and there were a lot of glimpses of the entire Bennett clan. Now I have to do a a Bennett Mafia reread!

Tijan never fails to deliver

No matter what, Tijan always hits the mark. I have thoroughly enjoyed all her mafia books to date, and this one was no different.

Whether the story is a novella or a full length novel, the impact, the suspense, the angst, is equal. Despite this being a novella, it didn't feel like one. If you enjoy Mafia books, then look no further! ...more
