Good read but mixed feelings

I’m not gonna lie I enjoy reading this series. The characters have pulled me in since I read Crew. It’s interesting to see how things work at Roussou and learn about the Crews.
Crew isn’t a bad thing. It was put in place for protection and you learn a bit more about what the crew system is and what it means to the students in this book. This book is the second in the Crew Series. Is about four friends that have an interesting senior year. You mostly get Bren’s point of view. Bren has me intrigued after the last book so I was thrilled that this book had more of her story. I enjoyed how the emotions where written in this story and you experienced how each character felt during all the different events. This book has it all grit, emotions and great friendships.
