Ever since reading the Carter Reed series from Tijan, I had been hoping she would write another mafia book. And hot mama!! Bennet Mafia was everything I could have hoped for and so much more! (I think I may even love this book more than Carter Reed… shh! Don’t tell.) I really loved the dynamic and interaction between Kai and Riley. I absolutely loved Kai and Riley. As soon as it released I started reading and didn’t stop until I was done with the whole thing took me almost all night but I loved it.

I hate how this book made me feel. In particular it made me question my moral compass. It was so well written that if I met a mafia boss like Kai in real life I would be on him in a matter of seconds. Murders, guns and gilded cage be damned, Kai is now my dream man.

So, this book had great plot, memorable characters and I cannot stop thinking about it.
