Charcoal Tears begins with Seraph almost being hit by a car and saved by one of the new students. She normally avoids everyone and they stay away from her as well. I read this book waiting for my babies next book first kiss from the ghost bird series and i loved it, Oh my god reverse harem and magic yes please, the boys are can you say hot damn ? and the men are yum give me some, Seph was not bad either .
I loved everything about this book except the no touch policy dude we want more please .
I can see the similarities between this series and the ghost bird series but it's not a rip of for sure and this is exactly what i was looking for.

This is a spoiler free review of the first three books of the Seraph Black Series by Jane Washington. I was recommended this series by a C.L. Stone fan. I'm not necessarily into reverse harem type books but I love the concept of the Urban Fantasy feel with unexpected twists, suspense, emotional pulls of several characters. Most of all, could you turn down reading on two hot pairs!

4.5 stars. Just read both books yesterday and they are fantastic. In the real world having a harem or a reverse harem is just wrong but in the pages of these fantastic books are freaking awesome. Now waiting for the next is going to be torture. Patience isn't something I've managed to attain just ask my five sons
