*Audiobook Review*

My, oh my….I really enjoyed this audiobook! Getting Schooled was the PERFECT book to be released in audio first….the narration was fantastic and the storyline with incredibly unique; the entire experience was a joy and pleasure to listen to!

I caught myself laughing out loud so many times, I lost count! The humor was spot on – between the writing and the dialogue, it was highly entertaining. But what really sold me was Zachary Webber’s voice….. *SWOON* …..I could listen to him

QueenZany 5 Star Review
Getting Schooled
by Emma Chase

Getting Schooled is a complete intoxicating home run!
Sexy, witty, heartfelt and just downright Emma Chase doing what Emma does best! She makes her characters etch their way into your heart! But with the audio version, it emotions and all the feels are only heightened due to the marvel performance of one Zachary Webber! Which just brought the story to life for me!

Wonderful, sweet, funny and emotional. All words that describe this feel good, small town, second chance romance. If you haven’t figured it out yet. I loved this sweet, angst free audio. Garrett Daniels was the perfect character to fall in love with, and Callie Carpenter was his perfect high school sweetheart. Sadly Callie moves away after school, and their relationship slowly fizzles out. Things pick up again when Callie has to return home to help look after her parents following a car accident ...more

You know you’re gonna to get a story full of heart and humor and love when reading Emma Chase.
This is the first in her getting some series and its was unputdownable from the get go.
Garrett and Callie were high school sweet hearts who cud not survive the long distance in college. Now Callie is back in town and teaching theatre (temporarily) in the same school where Garrett is the history teacher and football coach.
They reconnect like there never was any distance - which i found amazing because

4.5 stars. Garrett Daniels seems to have it all, having been the star quarterback in his high school years and now the coach in his adult career. He loves it and life is good. But life is about to get even better when his former sweetheart Callie Carpenter moves back and now substitute teaches at the same place. As far as second chances go, I loved that this one didn't have this major negative falling out between them back in their teen years, they simply had different paths in life that lead th ...more

This was a great book. it had a little of everything. I laughed cried and loved all these characters.
I completely related to the adults this book. I have teenagers and felt Emma captured the teenage issue perfectly in the story. This book had something that every stereotype in high school could related to weather you were currently in High School or if you graduated 20 years ago. This was a pleasant surprise! This is a kinda second chase yet more of a way of rediscovering each other story!

This is my first book by Emma Chase and she has been recommended lots by my friends and now I now why. This was a great introduction to her work and this new series. She has delivered a great heart-warming, funny, sweet and steamy story.

I loved Garrett and Callie, they were perfectly cute together, and they gave me all the feels. I laughed, I cried and I swooned. Second chance romances are one of my guilty pleasures and this one has become a favourite of mine.

If this is Emma's style of writing

This book is so relatable if you came from a small town. It’s was like a high school flashback for me. All the high school humor and drama and young love. All the insecurities and conflict and of course, HS football!
I was just a little concerned that the book started just a little slow and it took a few chapters to really get invested in the characters. But once I was, I really was all-in. I found myself tearing up with sadness and also with joy. It really is just a lovely and sweet story!
