It's no secret that I'm a HUGE Tijan fan, I've read every book and loved each and every one, but even though I really enjoyed this book I just couldn't connect with the characters. The story was good, well written I still felt like something was missing.

The opening chapter pulled me in, Brody suffers a tragic loss and to make it worse he's on the phone while it happens so he hears everything and then there's silence. He hits rock bottom and needs to clean up his image after all he was once Holl ...more

I have been a Tijan fan for many years now. I have loved her books on YA/NA angst and love. But wow this story about Brody the Bad boy and of Morgan the sweet nature and horse loving woman is a fresh breath of air. Brody has had his life turned upside down with the death of his brother. Morgan's world was also rocked. Morgan's core foundation and family was shattered and taken away form her without her consent. One of my all time favorite. I'm a hugh fan of Tijan. She was one of my first Independent autors and I read all her books. But this book is my all time favorite. Because it ist different and heart warming. I read a lot of books but I'm sure I will never forget that. ...more
