This book was fabulous! I loved this story! I stayed up all night because I couldn't put it down. I enjoyed every second of Misha and Ryen's journey, but even more, I loved the message that this author was giving through these characters. Penelope Douglas is an inspiration. Her author notes, the real story behind the story, her words, are all evidence of her own awesome character. I appreciate her being such an encouragement. I highly recommend this book and this author!

I sure hope my boss isn't on here, because if they are, this review is going to get me fired. I love Penelope Douglas's books. She's a fantastic writer and I love her style of telling stories. I love how her characters aren't typical and neither are the journeys they experience.

This book I feel hits so close to home with all the experiences Misha and Ryen go through (at least for me). The feeling left out, the bullying, the trying to fit in and r ...more

It took me long to get to the audiobook, but I loved it, the characters, the message behind the story got me hard. The narrators did an amazing work, but the story is wonderful however you get to it.
