I'm so glad I got my hands on this book! I love Tijan insanely! Cole isn't like my beloved Fallen Crest books, but it definitely still has that "Tijan feel" to it.
The writing is spot on, as always. The characters are so well developed that you are left feeling like you actually know them! That's gift that this author has in spades! Love it!
I recommend Cole to any Tijan fan! Or really just anyone at all! ...more

Tijan will forever be a go-to for me when I read books in tbr romance genre. She stole my heart many moons ago with her Fallen Crest series and like an addict, I keep coming back to her books for my next fix.

Oh my, when I first started reading Cole I didn't know who Carter Reed was then I researched and found Carter's books. I can't wait to read those but first let me say how much I love Cole (swoon) I know at the end there was a not that stated another Carter was coming but I ask this one question can we have more of Cole too? Celebrating at a local restaurant, she notices a group of men walk through the door, well you can’t really avoid noticing them, they dominate the restaurant, with their dangerous vibe, but one man in particular draws her attention. The next time Addison see’s this man is at her apartment building, Danger oozes from him, and each time she see’s him she falls a bit more!!

Omg this book had me from the word go!! I found Addison’s character so easy to connect to, Cole though was another story. I could feel the aura of mystery and danger leaping from him. Although he stays a bit of a mystery, at the same time he doesn’t. We know who and what he is, we know he’s the Leader of Carter Reed’s Mafia Family and Carter’s best friend. He’s just as lethal and just as deadly, just as protective and just as alpha. Tijan lulls us into their love story as it develops, and i just could not put it down, as Cole share little bits of himself more and more, i truly felt excited for them. And then she shakes us up, and leaves us hanging on to the edge of our seats, devouring the words!! Twists and turns you can’t see coming. Danger to leave you breathless. and wondering if both Cole and Carter will survive this. (yes we get our beloved Carter and Emma too!!) I absolutely loved every part of this book, i really didn’t want it to end, and Cole ranks up HIGH in my book boyfriends !!! I laughed, Cried and held my breath through this book. Tijan has just raised the bar for me with this book, its now the one i’ll want all mafia books to live up to !! ...more
