I love Penelope Ward's writing and I love her storylines and Mack Daddy is definitely up there with her previous novels. Mack is my complete and utter book boyfriend. He's kind, considerate, loving and not at all underhand. Oh yes, he has his faults, but in the end his good points far outweigh his bad points. Love really does conquer all. Oh Mack! thank goodness you decided to go after what you wanted! This book made me laugh so hard. Lorelai you were so awkward but that is what made you so adorable!!! These two were made for each other!

Sometime your soulmate is right there in front of you and you have to go through hell and back to finally get them. This was a wonderful second(well actually maybe technically first) chance love story.
