I love Penelope Wards writing and that is no secret – so her having a new release is me surely reading it.

And again “Mack Daddy” was a solid read but I have to admit that the spark was missing in it for me. I am used to a certain little something in her books and that little thing was not there. Maybe I am spoiled by her writing together with Vi Keeland because in those books the sparks just fly all over the place at any given time but I am pretty sure that she also has that fire when writing a ...more
