Nailed it.
Tijan tackled some very difficult subject matters in her newest novel and I have to say that she did as phenomenal job. I wish that some of these issues were handled in real life as well as the scenarios that she has created. Obviously I wish they were never issues in the first place but I was so impressed that I sat down for an automatic reread to make sure I didn't miss a detail.

I read this book last August and forgot to review! I cannot believe I did that to an amazing and favorite Author of mine!

Seriously, is that really an ending for this? I didn't see it coming. What a shame, I actually like this book. All the issue about rapes and sexual harassment seemed fitting perfectly in the context. The story could end after 2/3 of the novel. The rest is totally unnecessary. I'm kinda of hoping that Parker would appear somehow. Yeah, no.
