Sam and Mason return to Fallen Crest for the summer, and while they know Sam's mom is back in town, she hasn't made an appearance yet, and Sam is stressed out. Then you add in some more drama from old friends and things start heating up again for them.

But through it all you have Sam and Mason as strong as ever, or are they?

This book was okay. I liked it because I love Sam and Mason, but I thought it felt more like a filler book, and a repeat of things that have all ready happened before.

I want to start by say I love Tijan and I love the Fallen Crest series. With that being said.....its is definitely overly repetitive and no real change. Sam always with her inner struggles, Mason always brooding and attentive to Sam only and Logan and all his jokes and constant need to be close to Sam still? I of course will read the next book to see how it ends but I feel like they are still back in high school and never growing up and into the adults they should be.

5 stars! What can I say? I fell in love with Fallen Crest High and have continued to read and love this amazing series. I just can’t get enough.
