I loved this book, but it doesn’t surprise me because I love all of Tijan’s books. Jo is a nice, independent girl with a big secret. She has good friends, a job, and enjoys college, but so much was about to change. Kian is sexy, protective, strong, and intense at times. The chemistry is immediate with them and I routed for them through the whole story. There is angst, romance, sorrow, and anger in this story. Oh how I love a good book! I like all of Tijan's books, but this surprise release was AMAZING! This is a must read, especially if you like a love/suspense story.
