What Members Thought
I haven't read any other reviews, so this may be my lack of reading sophistication, but this seemed bleak to me. I was desperately looking for redemption for anybody in this book, and from what I can tell it just wasn't going to happen. The ending felt abrupt. It was well written, and maybe I just wasn't in the mood for something that was dark and questioned the basic goodness of humanity at that moment. I did finish it, and lately that's been unusual.
