I found this book hard to read, but in a good way? Definitely deals with mental health in a very honestly and dives right into the issues, which can be disturbing for those people who haven't experienced it or may be a trigger for those that have. When I finish a book trying to keep track of all the quotes that are, for me, profound, it's a good read. There are definitely trigger issues involved, and before it's read by someone who could have anxiety, depressions, abandonment, OCD, death of a parent, and probably a few I'm missing, it would probably be good for someone else to read it first. One of my favorite things about this author is the authenticity of his writing. It's not always easy, as when I was reading about her anxiety, but it was a good read and I would highly recommend it.
