This is one of the few books by Stephen King that is a quick read. That’s because it’s basically a short story. But, since King is a master of the short story, this doesn’t suffer because of its brevity. It’s a simple tale, but heartwarming. And only has a touch of the supernatural.
Read in one sitting. Shed a tear or two. Fabulous book! I’m pressing it into everyone’s hands. Read it!
