“Mr. Sheep Man," I asked. "Why would that old man want to eat my brains?"
"Because brains packed with knowledge are yummy, that's why. They are nice and creamy. And sort of grainy at the same time.”
Another wonderfully bizarre story by Murakami. This one is about a boy who innocently goes to the library to get some books and ends up being held captive in the basement there. Along with the old man, who is responsible for holding him, he meets Mr. Sheep Man and a pretty girl.
