I really enjoyed this. An interesting twist on the "dysfunctional family comes together in the wake of a tragedy" genre that I feel like we have seen a lot of. A Chinese family rather than a Jewish family! All of the characters evolved, and all seemed likable and unlikable and sympathetic in their own ways. I enjoyed the variety of perspectives.
