I liked this sequel to Me Before You.
So, here's how I think this book got written and published:
Publisher (P): Jojo, we loved your Me Before You. The public still goes gaga for it. We think you need to write a sequel.
Jojo Moyes (JM): Hmm...but I didn't intend to write one. This was supposed to be a stand-alone novel.
P: LOL Awww..you are soo cute!! "Stand-Alone" HAHAHAHA.. This is soooo 2000s. No one writes stand-alones now. It must be at least a duology. Of course, if you want to make it into a trilogy, that will be even better.

Really, 4.5 stars. Not as good as the first but very, very good. I loved finding out what happened to quirky Louisa and loved the character of Lily. Really well done.
