It was an ok read! Considering it was just an extra to book three it wasn’t that bad but didn’t have the great storyline main books in the series had!
This novella is a bridge from the first trilogy to the second and sets up the story between Nesta & Cassian. We get a glimpse behind Nesta's facade to the trauma underneath. To be honest, I am kinda glad to move on from Feyre & Rhys and the cringey sex scenes.

If you like the characters from A Court of Thorns and Roses, then you will like this book. There's not a whole lot of plot, but a glimpse of Feyre and Rhys' life during a time of peace.
